Time to bring back the curb appeal
Our client called us regarding their cosmetic concerns that they had on a couple of buildings. Despite the tight timeline and the issues at hand, we provided the best solutions to move forward. As seen in the before photos, these buildings had numerous rust defects on the metal canopies, discoloured areas on the stucco and other trim (stairs, railings and window frames) that needed to be freshened up. This was no match for our team as we worked diligently to prepare each surface adequately and have it painted in a timely fashion before the Winnipeg winter set it.
