This was a great project to work on and we’re really happy with the results.
We prepped and painted all brick cladding and all the concrete foundations, walls, and stairs with 2 coats of Dulux Permacrete High Build Acrylic Coating. All the aluminum cladding and soffit was done with SW Pro-Cryl Primer before being finished off with SW Pro Industrial Waterborne Urethane Alkyd in 2 coats. We finished off the exterior by painting the large 835 numbers on two sides of the building
